A: Return/replacement request can be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Q: I have placed a return/replacement request, what happens now?

A: Once approved you will get a return request. Your order will be canceled or replaced based on request within 15 days.

A: If you have received the confirmation for return then your payment is on the way.
